面向企业技术创新的高校图书馆专利信息服务障碍与对策

Obstacles and Strategies of Patent Information Service in University Libraries for Enterprise Technology Innovation

随着国家对高校图书馆专利信息服务的重视,面向企业技术创新开展专利信息服务将成为高校图书馆开展社会化服务的新途径。当前,高校图书馆为企业技术创新提供专利信息服务刚刚起步,在服务理念、服务内容、服务能力等方面都存在不足。本文通过对高校和科技型企业进行问卷调研,从实证视角挖掘双方开展专利信息服务合作在认知、供需内容等方面的障碍和困难,进而围绕高校图书馆专利信息服务如何突破障碍"走出去"提出针对性对策建议,以期为高校图书馆开展专利信息服务提供参考。

With the emphasis on the patent information service of university libraries,it will be a new way for university libraries to develop social service for enterprise technology innovation.At present,university libraries have just started to provide patent information service for enterprise technology innovation,and it still has deficiencies in service concept,content and capability.Through questionnaire survey in universities and technology enterprises,it is explored the obstacles and difficulties of patent information service cooperation in terms of cognition,supplied and demanded content from the emperical perspective.Strategies on breaking through the barriers and promoting university libraries’service"going out"are proposed to provide reference for the development of patent information service in university libraries.
