摘要
我国国际中文教育相关专业外籍博士生人才培养工作取得可喜成绩的同时,也存在一些不容忽视的问题:在华攻读国际中文教育相关专业外籍博士生人数较少;外籍博士生学术基础薄弱,博士生导师培养压力大;培养方式单一,外籍博士生在华学习压力大;“学术型”“专业型”博士人才培养模式趋同,有待进一步优化。找出以上四类问题的存因并给出针对性解决对策,有助于提升国际中文教育相关专业外籍博士生培养质量,并为国际中文教育相关专业外籍博士生人才培养顶层设计提供参考。
The training of international doctoral students in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(TCSOL)and related majors in China has achieved certain achievements.However,there are also some problems that cannot be ignored:firstly,the number of international doctoral students studying in the related majors in China is small;secondly,the academic foundation of international doctoral students is weak,and the pressure of their supervisor is high;thirdly,the training method lacks diversity,and the training period in China is long,which results in great family resistance;fourthly,the training mode of“academic”and“professional”doctoral talent is converging,which needs to be optimized.Based on the aforementioned four findings,the study gives out solutions,which will help improve the quality of international doctoral training in the majors.The findings in the study will also provide a reference for the top-level design of international doctoral training in the major of TCSOL and the related majors.
