摘要
创新创业教育领域存在大量的隐性知识,以斯坦福大学和麻省理工学院为代表的美国高校从人才培养理念、课程设置体系、教学制度体系及教学组织形式方面探索出了与之相适应的人才培养模式,并体现出高度注重促进创业隐性知识习得的特征,对完善我国高校创新创业人才培养模式具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。
There are a lot of tacit knowledge in the field of innovative entrepreneurship ed-ucation.American universities represented by Stanford University and Massachusetts Institu-te of Technology have explored a suitable cultivating mode from the aspects of cultivating concept,curriculum system,teaching system and teaching organization form,and highly re-flects the characteristics of paying attention to promoting the acquisition of entrepreneurial tacit knowledge,which has important enlightenment and reference significance to improve our universities’innovative entrepreneurship cultivating mode.
