高师院校教育学课程学习现状、问题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 教育学课程在教师教育课程体系中占据重要地位。调查表明,高师院校学生对教育学课程的认知存在误区,缺乏稳定的学习兴趣;教学形式、方法单一,师生间缺乏交流互动;课程设置不合理,注重考试评价,缺乏多元化和多样性评价体系;教材注重理论,内容抽象,缺乏实用性和时代性。因此,要加强对师范生的引导,激发教育情感;改变传统的教学方式方法,追求教学方法的最优化;强化教育学教学实践环节,重视学生实际能力的培养;改革教育学课程评价制度,构建全面科学的课程评价体系;完善传统教育学教材体系,增强教材内容的时代性、实用性和启发性,以使得教育学课程更好地适应高师院校学生的学习和发展需要。 Pedagogy occupies an important position in the curriculum system of teacher education.The survey shows that there are some misunderstandings on the pedagogy course in normal universities and some lack of steady interest in learning.The pedagogical teaching methods are single and lack of exchange and interaction.The pedagogy curriculum is not rea-sonable,Diversity;pedagogy textbooks focus on theory,content abstraction,lack of practi-cality and the times.In order to change the problems in pedagogy course and teaching process,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of normal students,to stimulate the emo-tion of education;to change the traditional ways and means of teaching,to pursue the optimi-zation of teaching methods;to strengthen the practical teaching of pedagogy,Ability educa-tion;reform the evaluation system of pedagogy curriculum and construct a comprehensive and scientific curriculum evaluation system;perfecting the pedagogical teaching material system of traditional pedagogy and enhancing the timeliness,practicability and enlightenment of the teaching material content so as to make the pedagogy better adapt to the normal university teachers Students need to learn and develop.
