摘要
研究目的:本研究采用模糊层次分析法,依托克塔铁路工程实践,对影响铁路EPC项目施工的主要因素进行理论分析,从自然、市场、技术、管理和社会五个方面构建铁路EPC项目施工影响因素指标体系;通过定量分析确定各指标权重,并根据分析结果建立铁路EPC项目施工控制流程及框架;最后,通过回溯该流程与框架在克塔铁路工程中的应用效果验证其有效性。研究结论:(1)安全管理、技术复杂程度、质量管理与环水保要求是对克塔铁路EPC项目施工影响最大的环境因素;(2)发挥设计优势,建立以数字平台为支撑、以组织管理为保障、以流程管理和要素管理为重点的施工控制流程及框架,可较好地提升铁路EPC项目施工管理效果;(3)本研究成果可为后续类似铁路EPC项目的施工管理提供借鉴与参考。
Research purposes:This study adopts the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method,relying on the practice of Kelamayi-Tacheng Railway project,to theoretically analyze the main factors affecting the construction of railway EPC projects,and construct the index system of railway EPC project construction influence factors from five aspects:nature,market,technology,management,and society.The weights of each index are determined through quantitative analysis,and the construction control process and framework of railway EPC projects are established based on the analysis results.Finally,the effectiveness of the process and framework is verified by retracing the application effect of the process and framework in the Kelamayi-Tacheng Railway project.Research conclusions:(1)Safety management,technical complexity,quality management,and environmental and water conservation requirements are the environmental factors that significantly impact the construction of Kelamayi-Tacheng Railway EPC project.(2)The construction control process and framework supported by a digital platform,guaranteed by organizational management,and focused on process management and element management can improve the construction management effect of railway EPC projects by taking advantage of the design.(3)The research results can provide reference for the construction management of similar railway EPC projects.
