摘要
为应对国际反恐形势,我国很多高校都设置了与反恐相关的专业,培养专门的反恐人才。反恐课程的教学内容设置和教学模式设计是培养反恐人才的关键。本文根据当前网络恐怖主义和网络犯罪的特点研究了该课程的教学内容设置,并基于教学工具雨课堂以及翻转课堂的理念,设计了网络恐怖主义与网络犯罪的教学模式。整个教学分为两个大的模块,每个大模块都按照其不同特点设置了"课前—课中—课后"三个教学环节,这样有助于提升该门课程的教学质量,并为其他反恐课程的教学提供参考。
In response to the threat of international terrorism,many universities in China have established relevant programs to cultivate specialized talents.The teaching contents and modes of such curricula are the core of training.According to the features of cyber terrorism and cyber crime at present,the teaching contents are discussed and settled.Additionally,the teaching modes are discussed based on the idea of flipped classroom on the platform of Rain Classroom.The curriculum includes two models with respective process of"preview,classroom teaching and review"according to different requirements.The research will improve the teaching quality of the course and provide a reference for other counter-terrorism curricula.
