摘要
人口老龄化以及衰老相关疾病的高发是我国目前面临的重大社会问题,患病率高、病死率高的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)与衰老存在着相同的生理病理机制,二者与痰瘀互结证的发生发展关系密切,多学科多方面的深入探究,能有效延缓衰老,降低冠心病的发病率及病死率。文章从自由基学说、线粒体损伤学说、免疫学说、神经内分泌学说、信号通路学说、端粒复制、细胞自噬及相关脾肾痰瘀互结证的研究对其综述,为进一步研究提供参考。
The aging of the population and the high incidence of aging-related diseases are major social issues of China.Coronary heart disease has high prevalence and mortality,it has the same physiopathological mechanisms with aging,the two are particularly close to the process of phlegm and blood stasis.Study in multidisciplinary and multiple aspects can both slowing down the aging process,reduce morbidity and mortality from coronary heart disease.This article reviews the free radical theory,the mitochondrial damage theory,the immune theory,the neuroendocrine theory,the signalling pathway theory,telomere replication,cellular autophagy and the related studies on spleen-kidney phlegm and blood stasis,it provides references for further research.
