摘要
目的探讨模拟教学法在安宁疗护教育中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在本院实习护生42名,对其采取随机均分的分组方式,对照组21名护生采取常规教学方式,观察组21名护生采取模拟教学法的方式,比较两组护生参与护理工作中的情况。结果护生参与临床护理工作中护理操作不当、错误理解患者意愿等出错率方面,观察组明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟教学法在安宁疗护教育中的应用,可增强护生的护理效果,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of simulation teaching in hospice care education.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,42 nursing students in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups,21 nursing students in the control group were given conventional teaching method,21 nursing students in the observation group were given simulated teaching method,and the participation of nursing students in the two groups was compared.Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of simulation teaching method in hospice care education can enhance the nursing effect of nursing students and has high promotion value.
