呼和浩特市医护人员对安宁疗护认知的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation of Cognition of Hospice Nursing in Hohhot

目的研究呼和浩特市医护人员对安宁疗护认知的相关性。方法选择内蒙古医科大学附属医院67名医护人员作为研究对象,采用医护人员一般资料调查、安宁疗护认知调查的方式,对影响呼和浩特市医护人员认知安宁疗护的影响因素以及认知现状。结果医护人员对安宁疗护知识和态度的评分中,其中知识评分达到良好的比例较低,仅为9.00%;态度评分达到良好的比例稍高,为29.85%。同时,影响医护人员安宁疗护知识和态度的因素共有四个方面,即学历、工作时间、职称、宗教信仰。结论影响医护人员对安宁疗护认知的相关因素较多,且现阶段医护人员对安宁疗护认知还存在一定不足,需要进一步加强对医护人员的培训,提升其安宁疗护的认知和能力,发挥出安宁疗护的积极作用。

Objective To study the correlation of cognition of hospice care among medical staff in Hohhot.Methods 67 medical staff in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and the influencing factors and cognitive status of medical staff in Hohhot city were investigated by means of general data investigation and cognition investigation of hospice care.Results Among the scores of nurses'knowledge and attitude towards hospice care,the proportion of knowledge score reaching good was low,only 9.00%.The attitude score was slightly higher at 29.85%.At the same time,there are four factors affecting the nursing knowledge and attitude of medical staff,namely,education,working time,professional title and religious belief.Conclusion There are many factors affecting the cognition of hospice nursing among medical staff,and there are still some deficiencies in the cognition of hospice nursing among medical staff at the present stage.It is necessary to further strengthen the training of medical staff,improve their cognition and ability of hospice nursing,and play a positive role in hospice nursing.
