主观幸福认知感干预对患者的影响

Impact of Subjective Happiness Cognition Intervention on Patients with Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的探讨主观幸福认知感干预对围绝经期综合征患者的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院2017年收治的围绝经期综合征患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者接受常规指导,观察组患者接受幸福认知感干预。比较两组患者干预后主观幸福感评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者个人成长、良好关系、生活目标、独立自主、自我接纳、环境调控评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论幸福认知感干预可提高围绝经期综合征患者的主观幸福认知感,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of subjective happiness cognition intervention on patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 100 perimenopausal syndrome patients were selected in Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2017,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.Patients in control grouop were intervented with general guidance,patients in observation group were intervented time psychological account combined with subjective happiness cognition.Subjective happiness cognition score,SAS score,SDS score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Scores of personal growth,good relations,life goal,independent,self-acceptance,environmental regulation in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).SAS score,SDS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of subjective happiness cognition could improve subjective happiness cognition,relief anxiety and depression of patients,promote treatment satisfaction.
