尖锐湿疣患者外周血白介素-1家族细胞因子表达水平研究

摘要 目的检测白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1家族细胞因子在尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminate,CA)患者外周血血清中的表达水平,探讨其在CA发病机制中可能的作用。方法分别采集30例CA患者和20名健康对照者外周血,采用抗体芯片法检测CA患者及健康对照者外周血血清中IL-1家族细胞因子的表达水平。结果IL-1β、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ在CA患者外周血血清中的表达水平为(0.22±0.21)pg/ml、(226.93±109.85)pg/ml、(1.74±0.66)pg/ml、(88.24±47.63)pg/ml,均低于健康对照者外周血血清中的表达水平(0.87±1.18)pg/ml、(310.51±160.22)pg/ml、(2.17±0.65)pg/ml、(179.86±158.58)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);IL-37、IL-38在CA患者外周血血清中表达水平为(88.72±26.81)pg/ml、(706.79±442.77)pg/ml,均高于健康对照者外周血血清中的表达水平(63.22±44.38)pg/ml、(417.66±350.05)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论CA患者外周血血清中IL-1β、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ表达水平降低,IL-37、IL-38表达水平升高,提示IL-1β、IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ、IL-37、IL-38可能在CA的发病机制中发挥作用。 Objective To detect the serum levels of interleukin(interleukin,IL)-1 family cytokines in the peripheral blood of patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA)and explore the possible role of IL-1 in the pathogenesis of CA.Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 30 CA patients and 20 healthy controls,respectively.The expression levels of serum IL-1 family cytokines in CA patients and healthy controls were detected by antibody array.Results The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin peripheral blood in CA patients were(0.22±0.21)pg/ml,(226.93±109.85)pg/ml,(1.74±0.66)pg/ml and(88.24±47.63)pg/ml,which were lower than those in peripheral blood of healthy controls(0.87±1.18)pg/ml,(310.51±160.22)pg/ml,(2.17±0.65)pg/ml and(179.86±158.58)pg/ml,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-37 and IL-38 in peripheral blood serum of CA patients were(88.72±26.81)pg/ml and(706.79±442.77)pg/ml,which were higher than those in peripheral blood serum of healthy controls[(63.22±44.38)pg/ml and(417.66±350.05)pg/ml].The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IL-1β,IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin peripheral blood of CA patients were decreased,and the expressions of IL-37 and IL-38 were increased,suggesting that IL-1β,IL-36α,IL-36β,IL-36γ,IL-37 and IL-38 may play a role in the pathogenesis of CA.
