摘要
随着当前气象产业技术和服务数字化、网络化和智能化发展,在“双一流”建设和“新农科”建设的背景下,对高等学校人才培养提出了更高的要求,其中大气科学专业主要培养的是复合应用型人才,大学生对知识实际应用的掌握是教育的关键环节,所以充分利用多样教学信息化手段并培养大学生主动学习能力是深化本科教育教学课程改革的重要举措。大气探测学课程是大气科学专业的专业基础课程,课程知识点多且与相关专业交叉联系密切,以往教学中普遍存在知识点掌握较难以及实践动手培养缺乏的问题。自主设计以大学生为主导者、教师为引导者的“课前传授+课上巩固+课后深化”翻转课堂模式,结合实践案例阐述翻转课堂模式对提高大学生学习兴趣和增强大学生自主学习能力的效果,证明采用新的翻转课题教学模式可以提高大学生动手能力和解决实际问题的能力,也可以促进教师不断深入和扩大学习相关专业知识。
With the development of digitalization,networking and intelligentization of meteorological industry technology and service,higher requirements are put forward for personnel training in relevant colleges and universities under the background of"New Agricultural Discipline Construction"and"Double First-Class"construction.The compound applied talents are the major cultivation orientation of atmospheric science.The key link in education is that the students can apply the related knowledge in practice.Therefore,it is an important measure to deepen the reform of undergraduate education and teaching curriculum to make full use of various teaching information methods and cultivating students'active learning ability.Atmospheric Sounding is a basic course for atmospheric science major.This course has lots of knowledge points and is closely interlinked with relevant majors.In the past,the two issues for this course were the difficulty of mastering related knowledge points and the lack of practical training ability.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces a new flipped classroom teaching mode in Atmospheric Sounding,namely"preclass teaching+in-class consolidation+after-class deepening",a student-led and teacher-guided mode.The effectiveness of this mode on the improvment of learning interest and self-learning ability is illuminated,togethor with practical cases.It is proved that the new flipped classromm teaching mode can improve the students'hands-on ability and solving practical problem ability,and also promote the teachers to continuously deepen and expand the learning of relevant professional knowledge.
