摘要
“教劳结合”既“教育与生产劳动相结合”思想是马克思在批判三大空想社会主义者教育与生产劳动相结合有关论述的基础上,结合近代西方机器大工业的发展和科学技术的广泛应用对劳动和人的异化问题,对“教育与生产劳动相结合”进行科学化改造,形成马克思主义“教育与生产劳动相结合”教育思想。教育与生产劳动相结合具有促进人的全面发展和社会进步发展的重要价值,有助于推进中华民族伟大复兴的实现和造就德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人。新时代党和国家要发挥教育对青少年培养的基础性作用,做好教劳结合的顶层设计,培植青少年的劳动情感,打造教劳结合育人共同体,激励青少年参加劳动实践,把时代青少年培育成为堪当民族复兴大任的高素质人才和共产主义伟大事业的接班人。
The Marxist educational thought of"the combination of education and production labor"is formed through the scientifical transform from"the combination of education and production labor",on the basis of Marx's criticism on the three utopian socialists'combination of education and production labor,togethor with the alienation problemof labor and people causing by the development of modern western machine industry and the extensive application of science and technology.The combination of education and productive labor has important value of promoting the all-round development of human beings and social development and helping promote the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,the Party and the state should improve the fundamental role of education in cultivating young people,make the top-level design of the combination of education and labor,cultivate the labor sentiment of young people,create a community of education and labor,encourage young people to participate in labor practice,to cultivate young people to become the high-quality talent of shouldering national rejuvenation and the successor to the great cause of communism.
