摘要
新农科建设为新时代农业高校人才培养指明了方向。农业高校具有明显的区位和资源禀赋差异,因此在人才培养上也具有显著的分化特征。为了适应新农科对农业人才培养的需要,地方农业高校要进一步解放思想,转变教书育人理念,从单一专业学科向多学科交叉融合发展,通过思维转变和能力提升,实现教师的跨界发展;通过在招生、课程设置、教学实践等方面的改革,实现对农业人才的靶向培养;通过专业教育与通识教育的深度融通,实现农业人才的高质量培养,为新时代地方农业高校人才培养体系的塑造探索有效路径。
The construction of new agriscience points out the direction for the talent training of agricultural universities in the new era.Agricultural universities are obviously different in location and resource endowment,so they also have remarkable differentiation characteristics in talent training.In order to meet the demand of the new agriscience for the cultivation of agricultural talents,the local agricultural universities should further emancipate the mind,shift the concept of teaching and education,and realize the cross-disciplinary development from a single professional discipline,through the change of thinking and the improvement of ability promote teachers growth to a multi-disciplinary integration;the targeted cultivation of agricultural talents can be achieved through the reform of enrollment,curriculum setting and teaching practice,etc.Through the deep integration of professional education and general education,the high quality training of agricultural talents can be realized,and the effective path for the shaping of local agricultural universities talent training system in the new era could be explored.
