新时代涉农高校课程思政有效性研究——以N农业大学课程思政建设为例 被引量:1

Research on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses in Agricultural Universities in the New Era——Taking the Ideological and Political Education in N Agricultural University as an example

摘要 课程思政作为新时代学校思想政治教育的重大创新,研究其有效性具有重要的价值和意义。以N农业大学为例,通过问卷调查,分析其课程思政建设现状。在此基础上,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学实施和教学效果五个层面,选定15个二级指标,对课程思政的有效性进行评价及分析。研究发现,N农业大学的课程思政有效性处于一般状态,主要存在以下问题:大学生方面,参与感、职业道德素养认知有待进一步提升;教师方面,思政元素挖掘有待进一步加强,教学方式单一;学校方面,在构建严谨的课程思政教学监督和教学评价体系方面有待进一步加强。提出提升专业教师课程思政能力、改革教学方法、突出思想建设主体性及大学生参与感、提升大学生职业道德认知、加强大学生实践能力、构建教学监督体系和完善教学评价体系等对策建议。 As a major innovation in the ideological and political education of universities in the New Era,it is of great value and significance to study the effectiveness of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.Taking the curriculum ideological and political education in"N"agricultural university as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation through the questionnaire survey.Fifteen-five secondary indicators are selected from teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching implementation and teaching effectiveness to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.This study found that the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education in N Agricultural University is in a general state.Three problems are linked to the current ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.In terms of students,the sense of participation and the cognition of professional ethics need to be further improved;For the teachers,the excavation of ideological and political elements needs to be further strengthened and the teaching method is simple;for the university,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of a rigorous curriculum ideological and political teaching supervision and teaching evaluation system.In this regard,relevant suggestions are put forward,including improving the ability of professional teachers to think and act in courses,reforming teaching methods,highlighting the subjectivity of ideological construction and students'sense of participation,enhancing students'awareness of professional ethics,strengthening students'practical skills,establishing a teaching supervision system and improving the teaching evaluation system.
