摘要 知识产权素养是指人们了解什么是知识产权以及如何运用知识产权解决问题的能力。知识产权素养教育是指与知识产权素养相关的一切教育,包括知识产权基础知识教育、专利素养教育、版权素养教育和基本法律法规教育等。高等院校图书馆开展知识产权素养教育是储备知识产权人才需要、大学相关职能机构需要和知识产权保护服务需要。高等院校图书馆知识产权素养教育存在以下共性问题:大学生知识产权素养意识淡薄;知识产权素养普及率和执行力低;知识产权素养教育供需不匹配;知识产权素养教育的形式单一;缺少从事知识产权服务专业人才;知识产权素养教育协同合作度低。因此,高等院校图书馆知识产权素养教育要以提高大学生知识产权素养教育为目标,以优化知识产权热点案例为主要教育内容,拓展以新媒体平台为核心的知识产权素养教育形式,建立多元化的知识产权素养教育“图书馆+”发展模式。 Intellectual property literacy refers to people’s ability to understand what intellectual property is and how to use it to solve problems.Intellectual property literacy education refers to all education related to intellectual property literacy,including basic intellectual property knowledge education,patent literacy education,copyright literacy education and basic laws and regulations education.To carry out intellectual property literacy education in libraries of colleges and universities is the need of intellectual property reserve talents,the need of relevant functional institutions of universities and the need of intellectual property protection services.There are also the following common problems in intellectual property literacy education of libraries in colleges and universities,such as the weak awareness of intellectual property literacy among college students,the low prevalence rate and execution power of intellectual property literacy,the unmatched supply and demand of intellectual property literacy education,the single form of intellectual property literacy education,the lack of professional talents engaged in intellectual property service,the low cooperation degree of intellectual property literacy education.Therefore,literacy education in colleges and universities library intellectual property should consider the improvement of college students’quality education of intellectual property as the goal,the optimization of the hot case of intellectual property rights as the main education content,the expanding of new media platform as the core for intellectual property rights form of literacy education,thus to establish a diversified intellectual property literacy education library development model.
