美丽乡村建设与乡村旅游资源评价分析——以大连瓦房店市万家岭镇东马屯村为例

Evaluation and Analysis of Beautiful Rural Construction and Rural Tourism Resources——Take Dongmatun Village,Wanjialing Town,Wafangdian City,Dalian as an Example

美丽乡村建设是美丽中国建设的重要部分,涵盖广大农村地区经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设的各领域各环节。乡村旅游是以旅游度假为宗旨,以村庄、农耕或野外为空间,以人文无干扰、生态无破坏、以游居和体验为特色的村野旅游形式。乡村旅游资源开发在中国美丽乡村建设进程中发挥重要作用。在阐述美丽乡村建设及其旅游资源评价与开发的研究进展和实践发展的基础上,集中探讨中国美丽乡村村域范围的旅游资源调查、评价与开发的路径,并以大连瓦房店市万家岭镇东马屯村为例,进行旅游资源调查与评价,并提出旅游资源开发策略:以生态文明建设为根本,以乡村特色产业为动力,以乡村精神文化为灵魂,以旅游产品策划为抓手,加大保护乡村资源力度。建设美丽乡村可以为乡村旅游开发提供政策保障、资源基础、资金支持和发展空间;乡村旅游资源开发可以助力美丽乡村建设,达到事半功倍的建设效果。

The beautiful rural construction is an important component of beautiful China construction,which covers all fields and links of the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction in rural areas.Rural tourism is a kind of experience and residence tourism for vacation in village,farm or field,without cultural interference and ecological damage.Rural tourism resource development plays an important role on beautiful China construction.In this paper,the research progress and practice of the beautiful rural construction and the tourism resource evaluation and development are first reviewed,and the methods to rural tourism resource investigation,evaluation and development are discussed with Dongmatun village,Wanjialing town,Wafangdian city,Dalian as an Example.Rural tourism resource development should be done with the ecological civilization construction as the core,rural characteristic industry as the drive power,rural spiritual culture as the soul,tourist product plan as the handle,and with strict measures for rural resource protection.The beautiful rural construction can provide policy guarantee,resource base,financial support and development space for rural tourism development;rural tourism resource development can in turn help accelerate beautiful rural construction.
