基于陈皮提取物的纳米银绿色合成方法研究

摘要 基于植物提取物的纳米银生物还原法逐渐成为金属纳米材料"绿色"合成的研究热点之一。以陈皮提取物为还原剂及稳定剂,还原制备了纳米银并对对应合成条件进行摸索和优化,以期能为纳米银的绿色合成提供一种新方法。实验结果显示,制备的纳米银具有面心立方结构,分散分布,形状为近球形,直径约为(39.35±0.83)nm,吸收峰值位于408nm。进一步,通过调控陈皮提取液添加比例、AgNO3添加比例、反应温度、反应时间等因素可在一定范围内调控合成纳米银的产量和尺寸,为纳米银应用于实际提供了可能。 Biological reduction of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) based on plant extract has gradually become a research focus in the field of green synthesis of noble metal nanoparticles. In this paper, the extract of dried tangerine peel was used as both reducing agent and stabilizing agent to synthesize Ag NPs. Corresponding reaction conditions were also investigated and optimized, hoping for providing a new method for the green synthesis of Ag NPs. The experimental results showed that the prepared Ag NPs had face-centered cubic structure, dispersive distribution, nearly spherical shape, and the diameter was about 39.35±0.83 nm and an absorption peak appeared at 408 nm. Furthermore, the yield and the size of Ag NPs could be controlled within certain range by adjusting the proportion of orange peel extract, silver nitrate dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and other factors, providing a possibility for its further practical application.
