球形抑爆材料抑制中尺度密闭空间油气爆炸研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Suppression of Gasoline-Air Mixture Explosion in Narrow-confined Space Using Non-metallic Spherical Anti-explosion Material

摘要 为了研究球形抑爆材料对油气爆炸超压的抑制作用和阻止火焰传播的性能,搭建了Φ700mm×3 300 mm中尺度圆管密闭空间试验台架。测定在装有非金属球形抑爆材料时92#汽油蒸气与空气混合气体中的爆炸超压及火焰传播速度,并与空爆和装有金属网架下的试验结果进行对比。结果表明:在该试验条件下,球形抑爆材料可以使油气爆炸最大超压下降68.28%,削弱湍流发展和震荡加强过程;虽然没有完全阻止火焰传播,但球形抑爆材料可以使火焰持续时间缩短70.13%,减小火焰强度;抑爆试验后少量球形抑爆材料发生局部失稳、变形,大体上状态良好。 In order to study the inhibitory effect of non-metallic spherical anti-explosion material on the overpressure of gasoline-air mixture explosion and the performance of preventing flame propagation,aØ700 mm×3300 mm mesoscale circular tube confined space experimental bench was set up.The explosion overpressure and flame propagation speed in a mixture of 92#gasoline vapor and air when non-metallic spherical anti-explosion materials were installed were measured and compared with the experimental results under air explosion and with a metal grid.The results showed that,under this experimental condition,the spherical anti-explosion material reduced the maximum overpressure of gasoline-air mixture explosion by 68.28%,and weakened the turbulence development and oscillating strengthening process;although the flame propagation was not completely prevented,the spherical anti-explosion material shortened the flame duration by 70.13%,reduced the flame intensity;after the explosion suppression experiment,a small amount of spherical anti-explosion materials were locally unstable and deformed,and generally in good condition.
