摘要
利用粒粉散装物料在螺旋输送机内摩擦拖拽原理,对粒粉散装物料与双螺杆的输送量进行研究并建立数学模型,利用ANSYS对双螺杆做有限元分析,根据散装物料特征分别进行粒状和粉状分析,比较ANSYS仿真计算、双螺杆实测、2倍单螺杆实测的输出量,从节约资源和能耗角度考虑最佳的螺杆转速为120 r·min-1。
The flow characteristics of granular powder bulk materials can affect the conveying capacity of twin-screw conveyor.The conveying capacity of the twin-screw conveyor for granular powder bulk materials was studied,and a mathematical model was established by using the principle of internal friction drag of granular powder bulk materials in the screw conveyor.The finite element analysis of the twin-screw conveyor was carried out by using ANSYS.The granular and powdery analysis was carried out according to the characteristics of bulk materials.The results of ANSYS simulation calculation,twin screw measurement and double single screw measurement were compared.From the perspective of saving resources and energy consumption,the optimal screw speed was determined as 120 r/min.
