摘要
目的:探索中药复方中黄酮最佳工艺,研究各因素对其抗氧化能力的影响差异。以中药复方为实验材料进行响应面优化实验,并测定黄酮的抗氧化能力。经响应面实验证实提取复方中黄酮的最佳工艺为回流温度84℃、回流时间2 h、料液比1∶30 mg·mL-1,此时黄酮的占比为4.51%。体外药理实验表明:DPPH清除率为85.66%,纤体复方中总还原力为0.89 Abs,为抗坏血酸的0.67倍,该复方具有显著的抗氧化活性。
Objective:to explore the optimum technology of flavonoids in TCM and to study the difference of antioxidant activity among different factors.Response Surface Methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the antioxidant activity of flavonoids.Response surface experiments confirmed that the optimal extraction process of flavonoids in the compound was reflux temperature 84℃,reflux time 2 h,feed/liquid ratio 1∶30 mg·mL-1,and the proportion of flavonoids was 4.51%.In vitro pharmacological experiments showed that the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 85.66%,and the total reducing power of the compound was 0.89 Abs,0.67 times that of ascorbic acid.
