摘要
针对目前油气回收领域中存在的回收成本高、能耗高、三废等问题,利用活性炭吸附-冷凝综合技术实现了油气的高效、低成本回收,油气经过预冷器、一级冷凝器、二级冷凝器将大部分轻组分烷烃冷凝,再经过活性炭吸附,整套技术的油气回收率达到99%;对油气回收工艺参数中的预冷器温度、一级冷凝器温度、二级冷凝器温度进行了优化,优化后条件为:预冷器温度0℃,一级冷凝器温度-20℃,二级冷凝器温度-45℃。
Aiming at the problems in oil and gas recovery including high cost,high energy consumption and three wastes,integrated technology of active carbon adsorption and condensation was developed to realize high efficiency and low cost recovery of oil and gas.In the process,most light component alkanes in oil and gas can be condensed by precooler,primary condenser and secondary condenser,and then residue oil and gas is adsorbed by activated carbon,the oil and gas recovery rate can reach 99%.The precooler temperature,primary condenser temperature and secondary condenser temperature in oil and gas recovery process were optimized as follows:the precooler temperature 0℃,the primary condenser temperature-20℃and the secondary condenser temperature-45℃.
