摘要
海底管道的在位稳定性设计是保证海底管道安全运行的关键。管道配重可显著提高海底管道在位稳定性。合理的在位稳定性设计应兼具功能性与经济性,避免过度保守,也利于对后续管道安装提供便利。目前,针对海底管道在位稳定性的研究报道,虽然较为深入地进行了基本原理、计算方法对比等方面研究,但鲜有对在位稳定性设计要点的提炼以及基于施工角度考虑的优化方法的思考。因此,有必要进一步对上述问题进行探讨和分析。基于DNVGL体系对海底管道在位稳定性分析的基本要求,结合在位稳定性控制的基本原理,详细探究了海底输气管道在位稳定性设计要点,并结合施工特点,探讨了海底管道在位稳定性设计优化思路。研究表明:海底管道配重优化可从多方面开展,通过分段调整配重参数,可在保障在位稳定的情况下,减少自由悬跨和铺管中的附加工程量。可为浅海海底输气管道设计提供相关参考和借鉴。
The on-bottom stability design of submarine pipelines is the key to ensuring the safe operation of submarine pipelines.Pipe counterweight can significantly improve the stability of the submarine pipeline.Reasonable in-situ stability design should be both functional and economical,avoiding over-conservation and facilitating subsequent pipeline installation.At present,researches on the stability of the submarine pipeline in situ mainly focus on the basic principles and calculation methods,there are few refinements on the design of in situ stability and optimization methods based on construction considerations.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore and analyze the above issues.Based on the basic requirements of the DNVGL system for the stability analysis of submarine pipelines in situ,combined with the basic principles of in-situ stability control,the design points of the in-situ stability of submarine gas pipelines were studied,and combined with the construction characteristics,the optimization of the design of in-situ stability of subsea pipelines was discussed.The research shows that the optimization of submarine pipeline counterweight can be carried out in many aspects;by adjusting the counterweight parameters in stages,the additional engineering quantity in free suspension and pipe laying can be reduced while ensuring stable position.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the design of shallow seabed gas pipelines.
