猪肉冻干粉中沙丁胺醇和莱克多巴胺的盲样考核结果分析

Results and analysis of blind sample examination of determination of salbutamol and ractompamine in pork lyophilized powder

设计了盲样考核“猪肉冻干粉中沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺的测定”的检测方案。根据检测标准和实验室现有耗材设备,制定相应的质量控制计划,采用“检测参数优化”、“样品含量初试”、“样品加标回收”、“人员平行比对”、“质控样品带入”等措施来控制盲样考核过程。实验室通过制定的方案成功通过考核要求,考核结果满意,沙丁胺醇Z值为“-1.1”,莱克多巴胺Z值为“-0.8”。其余20家参加盲样考核的机构,Z值均呈负偏离,结果均为满意。通过此次盲样考核,实验室的检测能力得到了确认和提高,质量控制方案可行。

Designed the programme of blind sample examination of determination of salbutamol and ractompamine in pork lyophilized powder.According to test standards and the available resources in lab,we formulated corresponding quality control measures to complete the process of the blind sample examination,such as“optimizing detection parameters”,“testing sample content level”,“recovering experiment in blank sample”,“personnel comparison”,“testing QC sample”.The laboratory had passed this blind sample examination by the measures developed,and got satisfactory results that salbutamol was“-1.1”of Z value and ractompamine was“-0.8”.The results of the other 20 institutions participating in the examination,were all satisfied,meanwhile all the Z values got negative deviation.Experienced this blind sample examination,the testing abilitys of the laboratory has been confirmed and improved.
