近年来,伴随大数据时代来临,"大数据+行业"日益成为众多企业发展的重点方向。对于食品检验检测评估体系来讲,大数据技术的应用必定会提升食品安全性。文章着眼于食品安全检验检测评估体系建立需要,立足大数据参考架构,构建大数据技术下食品安全检验检测评估体系,并对评价体系需求作出分析与评估,进而提出大数据技术下食品安全检验检测质量提升的建议,希冀为今后相关领域研究提供经验借鉴。

In recent years,with the advent of the era of big data,“big data+industry”has increasingly become the key direction of the development of many enterprises.For the food inspection and evaluation system,the application of big data technology will certainly improve food safety.This paper focuses on the needs of the establishment of food safety inspection and testing evaluation system,based on the big data reference architecture,constructs the food safety inspection and testing evaluation system under the big data technology,analyzes and evaluates the needs of the evaluation system,and then puts forward suggestions on improving the quality of food safety inspection and testing under the big data technology,hoping to provide experience for future research in related fields.
