针对重介质悬浮液密度控制策略开展探究,结合具体工程实际,在分析重介质洗选工艺流程的基础上,对重介质密度自控系统的应用开展综合探究,对其系统构成、作业原理、存在的问题和处置措施逐一进行分析,希望能够为其他矿井相似工程的开展提供借鉴与参考。

The research on the density control strategy of dense medium suspension was carried out.Based on the the specific engineering practice and the analysis of the dense medium washing process flow,this paper made a comprehensive investigation on the application of the dense medium density automatic control system,and analyzed its system composition,operation principle,existing problems and disposal measures one by one,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar projects in other mines.
