摘要
在文化需求日渐突出、信息来源多元化的大数据时代,开发档案文创产品对传承中华传统文化,增强文化自信有着重要意义。新《档案法》的实施为档案文创产品开发提供了强有力的法律支撑,但当下我国档案文创产品开发仍处于探索阶段,还存在配套政策制度不完善、开发力量较为单一,开发内容内涵相对不足、产品类型和传播途径有待优化等问题,阻碍了档案文创产品开发的发展。文章探讨了档案文创产品开发的内涵和意义,分析了新《档案法》中档案文创产品开发的法律依托,并基于新《档案法》颁布实施的背景提出了相关应对措施。
It is of great significance for inheriting Chinese traditional culture and enhancing cultural confidence to develop archival cultural creative products in the big data era with increasingly prominent cultural needs and diversified information sources.The implementation of the new"Archives Law"provides strong legal support for the development of archive cultural creative products.However,the development of archives cultural creative products in our country is still in the exploratory stage.There are still some problems in the development of archival cultural creative products,such as imperfect policy system,single development power,connotation of development content is relatively insufficient,product type and communication way to be optimized,which hinder the development of archival cultural creation products.This paper discusses the connotation and significance of the development of archival cultural creative products,analyzes the legal support of the development of archival cultural creative products in the new“Archives Law”,and puts forward relevant countermeasures based on the background of the promulgation and implementation of the new“Archives Law”.
