摘要
马克思主义科学地回答了物质世界的本原问题、谁是历史创造者的问题,追溯到一切思想理论问题的源头。马克思主义理论就是彻底的理论。思政课教学要通过追问"为什么"说明我们所讲的理论、观点、结论都是符合客观实际、符合人民根本利益的,占据真理和道义的制高点。习近平提出的八个"相统一",是对思政课长期实践经验全面、系统的总结,深刻体现了思政课教学和思想政治教育的规律,把如何上好思政课、增强说服力的认识提升到了一个新高度。习近平提出的六个"要",完整概括了思政课教师应该具备的综合素质,为教师队伍建设和教师自我学习提高指明了方向。教师提高综合素质的关键在于做学习和实践马克思主义的典范。思政课教师要努力达到"系统地而不是零碎地、实际地而不是空洞地"学会马克思主义,练就"不怕问、怕不问、见问则喜"的真本领。
Marxism scientifically answers the question of the origin of the material world,the question of who is the creator of history,tracing the source of all ideological and theoretical problems.Marxist theory is thoroughgoing theory.Through asking"why",the ideological and political course should demonstrate that the theories,views and conclusions we are talking about are in line with the objective reality and the fundamental interests of the people,and occupy the commanding height of truth and morality.Xi Jinping’s proposal of"unities"in eight aspects is a comprehensive and systematic summary of the long-term practical experience of the ideological and political course,which profoundly reflects the laws of the teaching in the course and the ideological and political education,and promotes the understanding of how to teach the course well and enhance persuasion to a new level.Xi Jinping proposed six"requirements",which completely summarized the comprehensive quality ought to be possessed by the teachers,and pointed out the direction for the construction of the teacher team and the teachers’self-learning and improvement.The key to improving the comprehensive quality of the teachers lies in their becoming the model of learning and practicing Marxism.The teachers should strive to achieve the level of learning Marxism"systematically rather than piecemeal,practically rather than emptily",and grasp the real skill of"being not afraid of being asked,fearing not to be asked,and being glad to be asked".
