个案信息资料统筹系统健康管理对肝癌肝动脉介入术后患者应用效果探讨

Effect of health management of case information system on patients with liver cancer after hepatic artery intervention

目的探讨个案信息资料统筹系统健康管理应用于肝癌肝动脉介入术后患者对疲乏状态、希望水平及疾病认知度的影响。方法选取2018-03-01-2021-01-31河南省肿瘤医院收治的105例原发性肝癌肝动脉介入术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53)。对照组采取常规健康管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用个案信息资料统筹系统行自助健康管理,观察2组疲乏状态、疾病认知度及希望水平。结果干预后,观察组患者认知疲乏评分为(3.98±0.82)分,优于对照组的(4.34±0.93)分,F=6.609,P=0.012;情感疲乏评分为(4.51±1.20)分,优于对照组的(5.17±1.16)分,F=11.385,P=0.001;行为疲乏评分为(3.99±0.50)分,优于对照组的(4.58±1.22)分,F=14.097,P<0.001;感知疲乏评分为(4.12±1.30)分,优于对照组的(5.15±1.41)分,F=15.867,P<0.001。干预后,观察组对药物使用注意事项认知度为84.91%,高于对照组的65.38%,χ^(2)=5.369,P=0.021;对特殊检查配合与意义认知度为86.79%,高于对照组的67.31%,χ^(2)=5.652,P=0.017;对疾病预后认知度为79.24%,高于对照组的61.54%,χ^(2)=3.955,P=0.047;对并发症及预防认知度为83.02%,高于对照组的61.54%,χ^(2)=6.058,P=0.014;对定期随访目的与意义认知度为88.68%,高于对照组的69.23%,χ^(2)=5.994,P=0.014。干预后,观察组患者亲密关系评分为(13.98±1.25)分,优于对照组的(12.87±2.12)分,F=3.260,P=0.002;积极行动评分为(12.08±3.12)分,优于对照组的(10.98±2.33)分,F=2.049,P=0.043;积极态度评分为(10.17±2.44)分,优于对照组的(8.64±2.37)分,F=3.259,P=0.002;量表总分为(35.79±5.53)分,优于对照组的(32.07±5.45)分,F=3.472,P=0.001。结论以个案信息资料统筹系统为基础的自助健康管理应用于肝癌介入术后可有效降低患者疲乏状态,提高疾病认知度及希望水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of health management of case information and data coordination system on fatigue state,hope level and disease awareness of patients with liver cancer after hepatic artery intervention.Methods A total of 105 patients with primary liver cancer after hepatic artery intervention in Henan Cancer Hospital from March 12018 to January 312021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=52),and observation group(n=53).Control group received routine health management,and observation group received self-help health management through case information and data coordination system on the basis of control group.Fatigue state,disease awareness and hope level were observed in two groups.Results After the intervention,the cognitive fatigue score of the observation group was(3.98±0.82)points,which was better than that of the control group(4.34±0.93)points,F=6.609,P=0.012;the emotional fatigue score was(4.51±1.20)points,better than that of the control group(5.17±1.16)points,F=11.385,P=0.001;the behavioral fatigue score was(3.99±0.50)points,which was better than the control group(4.58±1.22)points,F=14.097,P<0.001;The perceived fatigue score was(4.12±1.30)points,which was better than that of the control group(5.15±1.41)points,F=15.867,P<0.001.After the intervention,the awareness of the precautions for drug use in the observation group was 84.91%,higher than 65.38%of the control group,χ^(2)=5.369,P=0.021;the awareness of special inspection cooperation and significance was 86.79%,higher than that of the control group 67.31%,χ^(2)=5.652,P=0.017;awareness of disease prognosis was79.24%,higher than 61.54%of the control group,χ^(2)=3.955,P=0.047;awareness of complications and prevention was83.02%,higher than that of the control group 61.54%,χ^(2)=6.058,P=0.014;the awareness of the purpose and significance of regular follow-up was 88.68%,which was higher than 69.23%of the control group,χ^(2)=5.994,P=0.014.After the intervention,the score of intimacy in the observation group was(13.98±1.25)points,which was better than that of the control group(12.87±2.12)points,F=3.260,P=0.002;the score of positive action was(12.08±3.12)points,which was better than The score of the control group was(10.98±2.33)points,F=2.049,P=0.043;the score of positive attitude was(10.17±2.44)points,which was better than that of the control group(8.64±2.37)points,F=3.259,P=0.002;The total score of the table was(35.79±5.53)points,which was better than that of the control group(32.07±5.45)points,F=3.472,P=0.001.Conclusion Self-help health management based on case information and data pooling system can effectively reduce the fatigue state of patients after liver cancer intervention and improve the awareness and hope level of the disease.
