按摩联合小针刀对神经根型颈椎病患者关节疼痛指数及颈椎功能影响

Effect of massage combined with small needle-knife on joint pain index and cervical vertebra function in patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis

目的颈椎病神经根型颈椎病会造成运动功能障碍,严重影响生活质量,探求有效治疗方式以减少预后风险极为重要,本研究探讨按摩联合小针刀对神经根型颈椎病患者关节疼痛指数及颈椎功能的临床应用效果。方法选择郑州市颈肩腰腿痛医院2018-04-02—2019-04-02收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用组间年龄、性别、病程均衡可比的原则分为对照组与干预组,每组50例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组在此基础上采用白脉软膏按摩颈部,干预组在对照组的基础上联合小针刀治疗,于两组患者治疗2个周期后比较视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、颈椎功能评定以及生活质量测定量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life,WHOQOL)评分状况。结果治疗后,干预组VAS为(2.06±1.13)分,低于对照组的(3.81±1.36)分,差异有统计学意义,t=4.426,P<0.001;治疗后,干预组颈椎功能评定积分为(23.50±3.21)分,高于对照组的(20.30±2.30)分,差异有统计学意义,t=3.624,P=0.001;治疗后,两组WHOQOL评分均较治疗前提高,且干预组的WHOQOL评分(79.91±10.42)高于对照组(68.47±7.26),差异有统计学意义,t=4.029,P<0.001。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者实行按摩联合小针刀的治疗方法能有效缓解患者疼痛感,对颈椎功能有明显改善作用,可有效提高患者的生活质量。

OBJECTIVE Nerve-root cervical spondylosis can cause motor dysfunction,seriously affecting the quality of life,and it is important to explore effective treatment to reduce the risk of prognosis.This study aims to investigate the clinical application effect of massage combined with small needle-knife on joint pain index and cervical vertebra function in patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis.METHODS A total of 100 patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis in the hospital from February 1,2017 to February 1,2019 were selected as subjects.All selected cases were divided into control group and intervention group according to age,gender and course of disease,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was given Baimai ointment to massage the neck,and intervention group was treated with small needle-knife based on control group.After treatment for 2 courses,the visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical vertebra function and World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL)were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the VAS of intervention group(2.06±1.13)was lower than that of control group(3.81±1.36),and the difference was statistically significant,t=4.426,P<0.001.After treatment,the score of cervical vertebra function in intervention group(23.50±3.21)was higher than that in control group(20.30±2.30),and the difference was statistically significant,t=3.624,P=0.001.After treatment,the scores of WHOQOL in two groups were higher than those before treatment,the score of WHOQOL in intervention group(79.91±10.42)was higher than that in control group(68.47±7.26),and the difference was statistically significant,t=4.029,P<0.001.CONCLUSION Massage combined with small needle-knife in treatment of patients with nerve-root cervical spondylosis can relieve pain,improve cervical vertebra function,and increase quality of life.
