Well-being is a common desire and eternal pursuit of all humankind. As a basic unit of human life, the community plays a role in enhancing the well-being of community residents that cannot be neglected. In reality, people face heavy demands with regard to constructing a community with well-being,and a great deal of practical experience has been accumulated in this context. However, academic research on this topic remains relatively limited. In recent years, the focus of the specific indicators used to evaluate the well-being of communities has increasingly been on the subjective feelings of community residents. Not only must the dimension of positive emotions be taken into consideration when evaluating the well-being of the community;aspects such as lifespan development, interpersonal interactions, and grassroots autonomy must also be considered. Therefore, when constructing a community with well-being,psychology plays a crucial role in providing scientific guidance and references in terms of three aspects:paying attention to the lifespan development of community residents, improving interpersonal relationships among the residents in the community, and enhancing the sense of community among residents.
