云南汉族大学生的祖根意识及其对祖籍群体认同的影响

The Ancestral Root Consciousness of College Students in Yunnan Influences the Ancestral Group Identity

通过两个实验考察云南汉族大学生的祖根意识及其对祖籍群体认同的影响。实验一采用群体参照的R/K范式,发现只有在南京人参照条件下,祖籍南京的汉族大学生的“记得”成绩显著好于祖籍当地的汉族大学生,说明由祖根意识建构的群体身份影响了祖籍群体归属;实验二通过模拟的“选择邻居”任务,发现祖籍南京的汉族大学生选择南京人为邻居的得分显著高于选择上海人、杭州人和广州人的得分,说明祖根意识缩短了移民后裔与祖籍群体之间的心理距离,发生了内群体偏好行为。整个研究表明,大学生的祖根意识影响了个体对祖籍群体的认同。

An interesting question has been whether these differences among the ancestral roots affect the participant's group identity of the ancestry group.College students born and studied in Yunnan were grouped according to their ancestral homes.In experiment 1,the group reference R/K paradigm was used to investigate whether participants of different ancestral homes had a different memory effect on the ancestry group compared with that on an unrelated group.Experiment 2 adopted the“Selecting neighbor task”.Participants were asked to select the houses for the different group's people near their own houses.Experiment 1 found that the participants whose ancestral homes in Nanjing had the same memory effect on Shanghai people,Guangzhou people,and Hangzhou people,but experienced a group reference effect on the ancestry group,which resulted in a better memory effect on the ancestry group than that on the unrelated group.The results of experiment 2 showed that the score was significantly higher in choosing Nanjing people as neighbors than other unrelated groups people for the participants whose ancestral home is in Nanjing,which suggested that the ancestral root consciousness shortens the psychological distance between the participants whose ancestral home is in Nanjing and the Nanjing people.The results of both experiments indicated that participants'group identity regarding the ancestry group is significantly different from Shanghai people,Guangzhou people,and Hangzhou people.In a word,the identity constructed by the ancestral root consciousness affected the participant's group identity of the ancestry group.
