摘要
街边小吃的存在,既能使一部分人有业可操,又能为便捷餐饮注入新鲜活力。然而,街边小吃始终都是城市食品安全监管的重难点。本文以街边小餐饮食品为例,针对城市街边小餐饮食品安全管理问题及原因展开分析,最后提出了对策建议。
The existence of street snacks can not only make another part of people have jobs to operate,but also inject fresh vitality into convenient catering.However,street snacks have always been the focus and difficulty of urban food safety supervision.In this paper,the street food as an example for the city street food safety management problems and reasons for the analysis,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
