超声提取联合膜分离技术纯化甘草酸的工艺 被引量:3

Purification of Glycyrrhizic Acid by Using Ultrasonic Extraction and Membrane Separation Technology

摘要 以新疆野生甘草为原料,分别对甘草酸的提取方法以及分离精制进行了系统研究,结合超声提取法通过使用膜分离技术对甘草酸提取液进行分离纯化,确定一条适合工业化生产的甘草酸提取纯化工艺路线。结果表明,超声提取最佳工艺条件为提取功率180 W、提取温度70℃、提取时间75 min、固液比1︰20 (g/mL)。最佳微滤工艺条件为膜孔径0.10μm、操作压力0.1 MPa、药液温度30℃,该工艺简单易行,成本较低,适合工业化运行。 The study was to take inner Xinjiang wild glycyrrhiza as the research material. The research had investigated the method for extracting glycyrrhizic acid from glycyrrhiza and the purification technology of glycyrrhizic acid. In order to determine a glycyrrhizic acid extraction and purification process route suitable for industrial production, we combine ultrasonic extraction and membrane separation technology to purify the glycyrrhizic acid extract. The optimal extraction conditions for glycyrrhizic acid were as follows: the power 180 W, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 75 min, and ratio of material to solvent 1︰20(g/mL). The optimal microfiltration process conditions are membrane diameter 0.10 μm, pressure 0.1 MPa, and temperature 30 ℃. The process was simple and easy to operate, and the cost was low, which was suitable for industrial operation.
