摘要
推动农村地区食品加工业的发展不仅是促进农村经济发展的重要内容,也是促进我国整体食品工业发展的重要战略。中国农村食品加工企业在饮食文化、饮食品质、食品健康及食品品类4个方面存在嵌入式服务转型问题,在就业效应、餐饮旅游、商贸流通3个方面存在混入式服务转型问题。一方面受自身内在服务创新能力、技术水平等因素的影响,另一方面受外在客户需求、宏观环境因素的影响。为此,需要从市场竞争、技术投入、商贸流通体系构建及政策扶持4个方面进行着力。
Promoting the development of food processing industry in rural areas is not only an important part of promoting rural economic development,but also an important strategy to promote the overall development of China’s food industry.China’s rural food processing enterprises have the problems of embedded service transformation in four aspects,including dietary culture,dietary quality,food health and food category,and the problems of mixed service transformation in employment effect,catering tourism and commercial circulation.On the one hand,it is affected by its own internal service innovation ability,technological level and other factors,on the other hand,it is affected by external customer demand and macro environmental factors.Therefore,efforts should be made in four aspects:market competition,technology input,construction of commercial and trade circulation system and policy support.
