宫颈癌的耐药机制

The mechanism of drug resistance in cervical cancer

作为发病率排名第四的恶性肿瘤,宫颈癌严重威胁着全球女性的健康。大约有一半的宫颈癌患者被发现时已属于疾病晚期,错失手术治疗的最佳时间。放化疗是这部分癌症患者的标准治疗方案,但伴随着抗肿瘤治疗的进行,逐渐显现的对治疗的抵抗力成为癌症患者预后的最大障碍。因此,关于宫颈癌耐药机制的研究具有重大意义,本文回顾了最近的文献并总结了宫颈癌的耐药机制。

As the fourth most common malignant tumor,cervical cancer is a serious threat to the health of women all over the world.About half of cervical cancer patients are diagnosed with advanced cervical cancer,and missed the best time for surgery.Chemoradiotherapy is the standard treatment for these cancer patients.However,along with the progress of anti-tumor therapy,the gradually emerging resistance to treatment becomes the biggest obstacle to the prognosis of cancer patients.Therefore,the study on the mechanism of cervical cancer resistance is of great significance.This paper reviews the recent literature and summarizes the latest progress in the mechanism of drug resistance in cervical cancer.
