摘要
试验以普那菊苣、丽莎菊苣、大将军菊苣、六小菊苣4个品种为研究对象,进行室内测定,对其营养成分进行分析。结果表明:菊苣的粗蛋白质含量18.46%~24.65%、粗纤维含量11.67%~25.58%、粗脂肪含量2.06%~4.01%、可溶性糖含量5.91%~12.49%;矿物元素:钙含量1.53%~3.05%、钾含量4.37%~5.67%、镁含量0.30%~0.65%、锰含量88.83~249.60 mg/kg、铁含量61.01~79.68 mg/kg、磷含量0.26%~0.37%;含有酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸、富马酸5种有机酸。同一生长期不同菊苣品种和同一品种菊苣不同生长期的EAA和TAA存在一定的显著差异。研究表明,4种菊苣均含有丰富营养成分,具有广阔发展前景,可以作为改善动物生产性能的饲料补充物。
Through laboratory tests,the nutrients of four chicory varieties,such as Cichorium intybus L.cv.Puna,LiSha chicory,general chicory and six small chicory,were analyzed in the paper.The results showed that the contentof crude protein,crude fiber,crude fat,soluble sugar was 18.46%~24.65%,11.67%~25.58%,2.06%~4.01%,5.91%~12.49%respectively.The content of mineral element,include calcium,potassium,magnesium,manganese,ferrum and phosphorus etc.,was 1.53%~3.05%,4.37%~5.67%,0.30%~0.65%,88.83~241.89 mg/kg,61.01~79.68 mg/kg,0.285%~0.65%respectively.The chicory contains tartaric,malic,citric,succinic,fumaric acids.There was a significant difference between EAA and TAA of different chicory varieties in same growth stages and a kind of chicory in the different growing season.The study indicated that four chicory varieties were rich in nutrients and had broad development prospects.They can be used as feed supplements to improve animal performance.
