随着城市的不断发展,城市"问题"愈来愈突出,水资源短缺、水质恶化、城市洪涝灾害等频繁发生,国家和政府创造性的提出了"海绵城市",逐渐成为解决城市水和生态问题的综合性理念。本文阐述了海绵城市的概念和特征,浅析了海绵城市对城市环境的作用。

With the continuous development of cities,urban problems such as water resources shortage,water quality deterioration,urban flood disasters and so on become more and more serious.Under this background the state and government creatively put forward the concept of constructing sponge city,and it gradually becomes a comprehensive concept to solve urban water and ecological problems.This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of sponge city,and analyzes the effect of sponge city on urban environment.
