摘要
研究目标:测度我国八大综合经济区农业绿色全要素生产率,并考察其时空演化特征及影响因素。研究方法:利用非期望MinDS超效率-MetaFrontier-Malmquist模型测度我国农业绿色全要素生产率的超效率MinDS-MetaFrontier-Malmquist-Luenberger指数,通过核密度估计分析我国八大综合经济区农业绿色全要素生产率的时空演化特征,利用空间计量模型考察农业绿色全要素生产率的空间敛散性。研究发现:2001~2018年期间,我国八大综合经济区农业绿色全要素生产率皆实现较好的增长,其中西南经济区增长最快,东北经济区增长最慢;基于技术同质与异质的农业绿色全要素生产率变化具有时间、空间及区域差异性;经济发展水平、农民收入水平、财政支农水平、农业结构、资源利用情况及环境污染治理水平等因素对我国农业绿色全要素生产率产生不同程度的影响。研究创新:利用非期望MinDS超效率-MetaFrontier-Malmquist模型对农业绿色全要素生产率进行测度。研究价值:对推进我国区域绿色农业协调与高质量发展具有积极的现实意义。
Research Objective:To measure the agricultural green total factor productivity of eight comprehensive economic zones in China,and investigate its changes and influencing factors.Research Methods:Using unexpected super efficiency MinDS-Metafrontier-Malmquist model to measure the super efficiency MinDS-MetaFrontier-Malmquist-Luenberger index of China’s agricultural green total factor productivity,the paper analyzes the temporal evolution of agricultural green total factor productivity in eight comprehensive economic regions by kernel density estimation,and examines the spatial distribution of agricultural green total factor productivity by using spatial econometric model Convergence and divergence.Research Results:Since 2001~2018,China’s eight major comprehensive economic zones have achieved good growth in agricultural green total factor productivity,of which the southwest economic zone has the fastest growth,and the Northeast Economic Zone has the slowest growth;the agricultural green TFP changes based on technology homogeneity and heterogeneity have time,space and regional differences;economic growth,farmers’income level,government financial support for agriculture,agricultural structure,resource utilization and pollution control have different degrees of impact on China’s agricultural green total factor productivity.Research Innovation:The paper proposes the unexpected super efficiency MinDS-Metafrontier-Malmquist model to measure the agricultural green total factor productivity.Research Value:It has positive practical significance to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of green agriculture.
