混凝土振捣质量智能监控关键技术研究与应用 被引量:10

摘要 混凝土振捣是混凝土坝浇筑过程中保证大坝混凝土质量的关键施工环节,需依据水工混凝土施工相关规范与混凝土振捣标准化工艺进行施工。然而,传统混凝土振捣质量管控主要依靠施工员经验、监理旁站等方式,无法有效做到不同部位不同混凝土级配振捣过程的精细化控制,不可避免地出现施工工艺不规范、局部漏振与欠振等现象,更甚影响整体工程质量。为此,从混凝土坝振捣质量智能管控出发,以混凝土坝标准化施工工艺为基础,以振捣工艺为研究对象,以振捣机为监控对象,研究混凝土坝振捣过程工艺监控、坯层质量分析、以及动态管控技术,实现混凝土坝振捣过程的感知、分析、管控,进而保证混凝土坝浇筑质量。 Concrete vibration is a key link to ensure the quality of dam concrete during the concrete placement of concrete dam,which is necessary to be carried out in accordance with the relevant hydraulic concrete construction code and the standardized process of concrete vibration.However,the conventional concrete vibration quality control is mainly relied on the experiences from construction workers,in-situ supervision,etc.,and then the refined controls of the vibration processes of different locations and different concrete gradations cannot be effectively made,thus the phenomena of non-standardized construction process,local incomplete vibration and under-vibration,etc.cannot be avoided,which can even affect the overall quality of the whole project.Therefore,from the aspect of the intelligent management and control of the concrete vibration quality of concrete dam,the technologies of the technological monitoring of the vibration process of concrete dam and the quality analysis of the concrete placing layer as well as the relevant dynamic management and control are studied on the basis of the standardized construction process of concrete dam,thus the perception,analysis,management and control of the concrete vibration process of concrete dam are realized and then the concrete placement quality of concrete dam is guaranteed as well.
