摘要 对国内外常用的旱情遥感监测指标进行了系统梳理,探讨了未来旱情遥感监测的发展方向。目前,虽然干旱遥感监测指标较多,在局部区域的旱情监测中有较为理想的运用,但是从全球乃至全国来说尚无一个统一的干旱监测评价指标体系。若要准确监测和模拟干旱过程,必须对气-水-土-植被的综合耦合过程进行研究,建立旱情监测机理模型。从而,开展遥感技术与其他专业模型的耦合研究、构建空天地一体化的旱情立体监测网、研制综合遥感监测指数,是未来旱情遥感监测的重要方向。 The remote sensing monitoring indexes of drought frequently used at home and abroad are systematically sorted out, and then the development tendency of the remote sensing monitoring of drought in the days to come is discussed herein. At present, though more drought remote sensing monitoring indexes are there and are more ideally applied to the drought monitoring for local regions, there is still no an unified drought monitoring and evaluation system. If it is to accurately monitor and simulate drought process, the air-water-soil-vegetation integrated coupling process is necessary to be studied for establishing a drought monitoring mechanism model. Thus, carrying out the study on the coupling of remote sensing technique with the other professional models, constructing space-air-ground integrated 3-D drought monitoring network and developing comprehensive remote monitoring index are the important development tendencies of the drought remote sensing monitoring in the days to come.
