拳参的化学成分和药理作用最新研究进展

Latest Research Progress of Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Polygonum bistorta L

拳参作为传统的中药之一,在我国一直被用于治疗痢疾、腹泻、急性胃肠炎、急性呼吸道感染、口腔溃疡、痔疮出血和毒蛇咬伤等。目前,大多数研究工作集中在没食子酸及拳参提取物上。通过对国内外相关文献进行整理以及分析,总结出拳参可增强免疫调节,保护心脑血管、抗病原微生物、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、保肝等多种药理作用。其中所含成分有挥发油类、有机酸及酚类、黄酮类、糖苷类、萜类、甾类皂苷类、苯丙素类、生物碱类等化合物。拳参具有较高的药用价值,研发前景广泛,目前,尚未见其系统而详细的报道。因此,本研究通过系统查阅书籍、检索文献、搜索数据库,对拳参的化学成分及药理作用等内容进行综述及前景展望,以期为进一步开发利用拳参提供参考。

As one of the traditional Chinese medicine,Polygonum bistorta L is used to treat dysentery,diarrhea,acute gastroenteritis,acute respiratory infection,oral ulcer,hemorrhoids bleeding,snake bite and so on.At present.most of the research work is focused on gallic acid and extract of Polygonum bistorta L.By sorting out and analyzing the related literature at home and abroad,it is concluded that Polygonum bistorta L can enhance the immune regulation and has many pharmacological effects such as protect cardio-cerebrovascular system,anti-pathogen microorganism,anti—tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,liver protection and other pharmacological effects.The chemical constituents of Polygonum bistorta L including volatile oil,organic acid and phenol,flavonoid,glycoside,terpene,steroidal saponin,phenylpropanoid,biology,alkali and other compounds.It has high medicinal value and wide research and development prospect,however,it has not been reported in detail now.Therefore,this study reviews on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the plant by consulting books,searching literature and searching database systematically in order to provide basic research data for further development and utilization of the plant for scientific researchers.
