在脑卒中恢复期中健康相关生命质量量表应用的文献计量学研究

Bibliometric study of the Health-Related Quality of Life Scale in the Recovery Phase of Stroke

目的分析脑卒中恢复期健康相关生命质量量表的应用现状,为我国研究者开展脑卒中恢复期患者生命质量评价,尤其是健康相关生命质量量表选择提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库和维普网,检索时间为2010年1月1日-2018年12月31日,查找脑卒中恢复期患者生命质量评价的相关文献,应用NoteExpress软件管理文献,提取文献基本情况、研究内容、生命质量量表、数据缺失问题等内容。结果纳入301篇文献,其中包含学位论文30篇、会议论文4篇、期刊文献267篇;研究者单独选用特异性量表、普适性量表、心理健康测量量表的文献分别为157篇(52.16%)、24(7.97%)、3篇(1.00%),混合应用两类及以上量表的文献有117篇(38.87%),其中单独应用普适性量表应用频次较高的量表为SF-36、WHOQOL-100,特殊性量表为BI、FMA、NIHSS,心理健康测量量表为SAS。结论在脑卒中恢复期研究中,应用由国际组织编制的量表且被多数研究者广泛认可的测量量表较多;在应用量表时应根据不同需求选用合适量表;重视对脑卒中病人的心理健康的评估;基于本国国情的量表尚需进一步的研发及推广。

Objective To analyze the application status of the health-related quality of life scale in the recovery period of stroke,and to provide reference for the research on the quality of life of patients with stroke recovery in China,especially the selection of health-related quality of life scale.Methods The computer was searched for CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,CBM and VIP.The search time was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2010,to find out the quality of life of patients with stroke recovery.Relevant literature,using NoteExpress software to manage the literature,extract the general information of the literature,research content,application of quality of life scale,data missing issues and so on.Results A total of 301 articles were included,including 30 dissertations,4 conference papers,and 267 journal articles.The researchers selected 151 articles for specific scales,universal scales,and mental health measures.(52.16%),24(7.97%),and 3(1.00%),there are 117 articles(38.87%)in the mixed application of two or more scales,of which the frequency of application of the universal scale is higher.The table is SF-36,WHOQOL-100,the speciality scale is BI,FMA,NIHSS,and the mental health measurement scale is SAS.Conclusion In the recovery study of stroke,the scales prepared by international organizations are used and the measurement scales widely recognized by most researchers are more;when applying the scales,appropriate scales should be selected according to different needs;The assessment of the patient’s mental health;the scale based on the national conditions of the country still needs further research and development and promotion.
