摘要
目的比较小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶与玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年4月—2018年2月间108例飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组以及B组,每组54例。A组患者采取小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗,B组患者用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,A、B两组患者SchirmerⅠ试验结果均有所改善,但A组水平更高(t=4.989,P=0.001);A、B两组患者BUT水平均有所提升,但A组水平更高(t=3.770,P=0.001)。A组总有效率(94.44%)较B组(77.78%)更高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.271,P=0.012)。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物眼用凝胶治疗飞秒激光制瓣LASIK术后干眼症较玻璃酸钠滴眼液更具优势,能够有效缓解相关症状。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of calf blood deproteinized ophthalmic gel and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome after femoral laser flap LASIK.Methods 108 patients with dry eye syndrome after LASIK with femtosecond laser flap in the hospital from April 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with deproteinized calf blood extract for ophthalmic gel,and patients in group B were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the results of Schirmer I test were improved in both groups A and B,but the level of group A was higher(t=4.989,P=0.001).The BUT levels of patients in group A and B were improved,but A The group level was higher(t=3.770,P=0.001).The total effective rate of group A(94.44%)was higher than that of group B(77.78%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ~2=6.271,P=0.012).Conclusion Calf blood deproteinized extract ophthalmic gel treatment of femtosecond laser flap LASIK postoperative dry eye disease has more advantages than sodium hyaluronate eye drops,can effectively alleviate related symptoms.
