油气与煤炭矿权重叠区交叉开采标准化探索

Exploration of Standardization for Cross Mining of Oil&Gas and Coal in Overlapping Mineral Rights Area

针对鄂尔多斯盆地石油天然气与煤炭矿权重叠“面积大、数量多、风险高”的特点,以中国石化华北油气分公司大牛地气田为研究背景,首先从地质特征、国家政策和开采工艺3个方面分析了造成石油天然气与煤炭矿权重叠的原因,然后从企业安全生产和国家能源战略两个方面分析了交叉开采造成的典型问题,最后从标准化体系构建方面提出了油气与煤炭矿权重叠区交叉开采的思考与建议。研究成果对油气企业和煤炭企业安全生产、国家能源保供都有一定的指导意义。

Aiming at the characteristics of“large area,large quantity and high risk”of oil&gas and coal in overlapping mineral rights area in Ordos Basin,taking Daniudi gas field in Sinopec North China Petroleum Bureau as the research object,this paper analyzes the reasons of overlapping mineral rights in the aspects of geologic features,state policy and mining technology,analyzes the consequences of crossing mining from the perspectives of enterprise safety production and national energy policies,and finally puts forward the suggestions and thoughts to establish the standardization system for cross mining of oil&gas and coal in overlapping mineral rights area.The results are of great significance to ensure the enterprise safety production and national energy supply.
