摘要
基于互联网技术的电子商务突破了地理因素的限制,在带来便利的同时,也加剧了商事主体之间的信息不对称,阻碍电子商务活动的正常开展。对此,建立完善的电子商务信用评价体系,有助于缓解上述困境,为商务主体评估交易风险提供依据,促进交易的进行。本文通过分析商事信用的重要性以及电子商务中信用评价的特殊性,梳理电子商务信用评价的现状,明确电子商务平台在信用评价中的角色定位及责任承担,论证信用评价中的限制,旨在为电子商务信用评价的构建与完善提供参考和建议。
Based on Internet technology,electronic commerce breaks through the limitation of geographical factors,and while bringing convenience,it also aggravates the information asymmetry between commercial subjects and hinders the development of electronic commerce activities.The establishment of a sound e-commerce credit evaluation system will help to solve the above dilemmas,provide a basis for commercial subject to evaluate potential transaction risks and promote the transaction.In this paper,through the analyzing of the importance of commercial credit and the particularity of credit evaluation in electronic business,arranging the current situation of electronic commerce credit evaluation,clarifying the role of electronic commerce platform in credit evaluation and responsibility,expounding the restrictions of evaluation of credit,in order to provide the reference and advice to perfect the electronic commerce credit evaluation system.
