三泵加压循环治疗体系治疗瘀血阻络型下肢静脉功能不全的临床观察

Clinical observation on three pump pressure circulatory system in the treatment of venous insufficiency of lower limbs with syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals

目的观察三泵加压循环治疗体系治疗瘀血阻络型下肢静脉功能不全的临床疗效。方法将80例瘀血阻络型下肢静脉功能不全患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予草木犀流浸液片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施的基础上加用三泵加压循环治疗体系治疗。两组均治疗15 d,观察临床疗效,比较临床症状积分(酸胀、乏力、沉重、疼痛、瘙痒)及下肢深、浅静脉充盈时间的变化情况。结果①治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率82.5%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组酸胀、乏力、沉重、疼痛、瘙痒评分均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组酸胀、乏力、沉重、疼痛、瘙痒评分少于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组下肢深、浅静脉充盈时间均有改善(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组下肢深、浅静脉充盈时间改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三泵加压循环治疗体系治疗瘀血阻络型下肢静脉功能不全疗效满意,能改善患者酸胀、乏力、沉重、疼痛症状及下肢深、浅静脉充盈时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three pump pressure circulatory system in the treatment of venous insufficiency of lower limbs with syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals.Methods Eighty patients of venous insufficiency of lower limbs with syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Melilotus Extract Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with three pump pressure circulatory system based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 15 days.The clinical efficacy was observed,and the changes of clinical symptom scores(soreness,fatigue,heaviness,pain,pruritus)and filling time of deep and superficial veins of lower limbs were compared.Results①The total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group and 82.5%in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).②Compared with treatment before,the scores of soreness,fatigue,heaviness,pain and pruritus were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of soreness,fatigue,heaviness,pain and pruritus in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).③Compared with treatment before,the filling time of deep and superficial veins of lower limbs was improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement on the filling time of deep and superficial veins of lower limbs in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three pump pressure circulatory system shows good efficacy in the treatment of venous insufficiency of lower limbs with syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals,which can improve the symptoms of soreness,fatigue,heaviness and pain and the filling time of deep and superficial veins of lower limbs.It is worthy of clinical application.
