摘要
教育工作者最重要的特质是具有一种"教育精神",并能将理论与实践相融合,因此没有必要区分教育家与教育学家,因为在其内在特质上两者是完全一致的;也不必把教育家视为一个高不可攀的层次,只要他们具有教育精神并坚守初心,他们都在履行教育家的角色。教育精神包括"无差别性"、"真诚性"、"导引性"和"反思性"四个方面。今天提出并讨论教育精神,旨在从规范性维度应对教育活动的不确定性,并重构教育共同体的专业承诺。
The most important quality of educators is that they have a"spirit of education"and can integrate theory with practice.It is not necessary to distinguish educators from educationists.Educators do not need to be regarded as an unattainable level.As long as they have the spirit of education and stick to their original intention,they are all fulfilling the role of educators.The spirit of education includes four aspects:"undifferentiated","sincere","guiding"and"reflective".The spirit of education proposed and discussed today aims to deal with the uncertainty of educational activities from the normative dimension and reconstruct the professional commitment of the educational community.
