摘要
戗角是苏州园林式仿古建筑屋面转角处标志性建筑节点,俗称"飞檐翘角",北方称之为翼角,传统工艺中此部位多为木结构。目前价格高昂的木结构戗角正逐步被钢筋混凝土结构戗角取代,但复杂的戗角模板造型与劳务精细木工的稀缺形成了矛盾。本文针对以上问题,以苏州某苏州园林式别墅项目为例阐述了钢筋混凝土结构戗角中木模板BIM配模技术的工程应用,介绍了3D打印模板技术的可行性与准备工作。
Qiangjiao is an important structure at the corner of the antique building roof.It is commonly known as the"flying horn".In the traditional process,this part is mostly made of wood.With the increasing control of construction costs,the price of high-priced wooden structures has gradually been replaced by concrete structure,but the complex formwork has formed a contradiction with the scarcity of fine carpenter.In view of the above problems,this paper expounds the engineering application of the wood formwork BIM dies arrangement technology in a Chinese villa project in Suzhou,and introduces the feasibility and practical operation of the 3 D printing formwork technology.
