摘要
针对传统纺织品pH检测方法前处理时间过长的问题,开发了一种快速高效的萃取方法。通过引进成熟的超声萃取技术,用试验设计法对纺织品超声萃取技术进行参数优化,最终得到的快速检测法可以缩短80%的前处理时间。方法的相对标准偏差小于10%,符合分析化学试验的精密度要求,多个平行样之间的极差小于0.2,符合GB/T 7573—2009《纺织品水萃取液pH值的测定》的要求,极大地缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率。
Due to the long time of pretreatment in traditional testing methods,a fast and efficient extraction method is developed to improve the testing efficiency.By introducing developed ultrasonic extraction technology,and the technical parameters of ultrasonic extraction for textiles are optimized by using DOE(DESIGN OF EXPERIMENT),the obtained final rapid detection method could shorten the pretreatment time by more than 80%.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 10%,which could meet the precision requirements of analytical chemistry test.The range between multiple parallel samples is less than 0.2,which could meet the requirements of GB/T 7573—2009"Textiles-Determination of pH of the aqueous extract",and could greatly shorten the testing time and improved testing efficiency.
